Not to diminish the point that Leonard Cohen is making but I must emphasize sleep as one of the pillars of a healthy body and mind or for some of your soul. Stay with me on this train of thought, your attention span will be pulled into other realities of self-imaging. Well-being is a buzz word of late, and rightfully so, buzz is cultural and indicates popularity. What we do with it, on the other hand, is another story.
