Specificity Is an Intellectual Crutch

An idea is always a generalization, and generalization is a property of thinking. To generalize means to think.

- Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770–1831)

The Crunch of Capitalism will Rain Down on You

Specificity Is an Intellectual Crutch

Inspired by Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770–1831)’s quote, “An idea is always a generalization, and generalization is a property of thinking. To generalize means to think.”. The titled responsion is reinforces the specific brand of crutch that limits our creativity? What do you think with this Hegelian reversal to empirical sensibilities?

The Capitalist Crunch and our Contract with Progress

Inspired by Thomas Edison (1847–1931)’s quote, “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration”. The titled responsion is…

If you’re like the many people who read this article then I’m sure that you’ve wondered about the difference between inspiration and genius. There are actually some clear cut definitions of the two.

Inspiration is the ability to see or create something without knowing how. This is very often true when we’re working on a problem at hand, like writing a novel, or creating an artistic piece. Inspiration can also be used to produce great business ideas. The reason for that is because people can’t come up with business ideas that aren’t born out of their own minds.

So how do you come up with a great idea? It all starts with a question. And sometimes questions are hard to ask. But it’s easier than you might think to find answers in other areas of your life. Think of a good question and start asking yourself how you’d answer it if you were asked the same question.

People ask a lot of different questions in their lives. Many of them are simple, but others are more involved. What’s great about asking a question is that it lets you see what’s in front of you. You may not know where to start looking, but you can ask yourself the right questions. If you’re asking yourself questions like “What should I write about today?”

This is the kind of question that leads you to a great business idea. When you ask yourself questions like this you become aware of the things that are going on in your own life. This awareness helps you to find new directions to take your business. The more you learn about yourself and your life the better you will be able to choose your business ideas.

When you’re trying to come up with a great idea, you can always look at your friends or family members. If you’re lucky you’ll have someone who has the same passions and ideas as you do. And if you don’t then you’ll be able to find the next great idea. through trial and error.

In the end though, you’ll need to find good books, magazines, or websites that publish great ideas that can lead you to great ideas. And there are hundreds of them online, so you won’t have to limit yourself to only a few.

When you finally find a great idea, you should always write it down first to make it easier to come up with another one. Once you’ve written it down, you need to write it down again, until you have the perfect combination.

It may take some time for you to come up with a great idea. You may even spend days just trying to think of one. But it will happen. When you finally come up with a great idea you’ll know it’s really worth it.

These great ideas can then go into your portfolio, where they can lead to more great ideas. In many cases it takes some trial and error before you find your business or products. But, once you have your first business or product you’ll be glad you spent the time creating it. There are plenty of free information sources available online that can help you along the way.

So if you’re asking yourself “What should I write about today?” you’ll know exactly what to write about because you already have the great idea. You already know what you’re good at.

You’ll know what you like doing and what you’re good at. It’s all up to you.

There are many ways to find a great idea and get started on a path that will lead you to your next great idea. You can’t stop being creative. It’s the only thing that matters.

Austerity Severity

Inspired by Mao Zedong (1893–1976)’s quote, “Communism is not love. Communism is a hammer which we use to crush the enemy.” The titled responsion is a call to arms for the henchmen of a dictator, a progenitor of evil, to implement severe measures of austerity for the “Good” of the commune.

Sad But True

Inspired by Jean-Paul Sartre (1905–1980)’s quote, “When the rich wage war it’s the poor who die.”. The titled responsion is…

Today, thinking about the reality of a restructured and soon to be resurrected economy. Who will suffer the fall out from this shutdown, how many lives will be lost to what Yuval Hurari calls the myth of capitalism?

It is often said that the rich wage war against the poor; therefore, it is very possible that we will soon witness a battle of attrition between the two sides and they will go to war for their own survival and well being. It’s hard to predict how it will turn out, but the rich could make a mistake by not being ready, and not prepared for the coming fight. The question is do you think they are going to win or lose, and what will happen to those who live in poverty?

When the rich wage war it is the poor that die. This is what many people have been told, and many think that it’s true. What they fail to realize, is that a rich person could be very poor and still be able to afford healthcare, food, shelter, clothing, and all of the other necessities of life. So why don’t they die? The answer lies in the fact that they are very smart and educated in order to make money to keep the planet running.

With this knowledge in mind it is very interesting to watch the growing divide between the rich and poor in our society; in fact it’s getting worse. I think the reason that the rich wage war against the poor is because they are doing so well financially, and they can afford to pay high taxes to keep the government running, while the poor people are suffering and starving for their lack of money; thus they are unable to survive.

The good thing about the rich wage war is that those who are doing poorly are able to take steps in order to improve their circumstances. It’s sad to say that so many people have to live in poverty, but then again, what else are they going to do? In some cases it may be necessary for them to give up on their dream of owning a home, having money for vacations, and buying all of the necessities of life, because they cannot pay the high taxes required to buy the necessities.

This does not mean that it is the government’s fault that economic conditions have deteriorated, it’s just that people aren’t as smart as they once were in their decision making, and they are not as willing to change, as they used to be. They know they must make sacrifices, and do whatever it takes to stay alive and stay poor, but they just don’t know how to go about it.

There are those people who are not willing to sacrifice and are simply stuck with economic situations that can only get worse, so they become even more dependent on their government for basic necessities. So what happens? The government doesn’t care. It does nothing to help these people, but it will do everything possible to control the poor, and needy, while making more money, and providing benefits to the wealthy.

So it seems to me that if the rich wage war against the poor, that’s where we’re headed. They are controlling the means of life for their own enrichment, and then passing off all the problems of the world to those who live in poverty.

If we want to live in a peaceful world, people struggle, and fight for a better way of life, because that’s what being human is all about. We’re not going to be able to do that if we are going to let the rich wage war against the poor. Maybe, just maybe, things will change for the better and we can get on track to a better future, one where all the people that work hard to get a fair share of the riches.
